Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Adcraft (ikoash.com) collects and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and website, used to deliver your ads and sign you in with a one-time code.
• Footage and brand assets: the videos, logos and notes you upload, used only to produce your ads.
• Usage data: when your ad was uploaded, edited and downloaded, and basic request logs (IP address, browser) to run and secure the Service.
• Billing: payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see your full card number; we receive the plan, status and a customer reference.

How we use it

To edit and deliver your ads, email you about them, operate billing, prevent abuse and improve the Service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your footage to train models.

Processors

Hosting (Hetzner, Germany), email delivery (Resend), payments (Dodo Payments) and AI editing (Anthropic’s API, which processes transcripts and frames from your footage to plan and build the edit). Each processes data on our instructions.

Retention

Raw footage, proof files and working files are deleted a few days after delivery. Finished ads stay in your library until you ask us to remove them. Account records are kept while your account exists.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account and ads at any time by emailing hello@ikoash.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to attach an upload to your session. No advertising or tracking cookies.
