Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Adcraft (the “Service”), operated by Adcraft at ikoash.com (“we”, “us”). By uploading footage or buying credits you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

You upload raw video footage; we return an edited advertisement (the “Deliverable”) produced with automated editing systems and, where needed, human review. Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Accounts and credits

  • Your first ad is free. After that, finished ads are paid for with credits bought through a monthly plan.
  • 10 credits buy one finished ad: a first cut plus one round of changes. Credits are deducted when an ad enters the editing queue.
  • Plan credits reset to the plan amount on each renewal and do not carry over. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the footage you upload and to the Deliverable. You confirm you have the rights to the footage, including any people, logos, music or claims in it. You grant us a licence to store and process the footage solely to produce the Deliverable and operate the Service. Raw footage and working files are deleted within a few days of delivery; finished ads stay in your library.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or contains misleading claims you cannot substantiate. We may refuse or remove such content and suspend the account.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles taxes and card processing. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any advertising result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
