Refund Policy

We want you to pay only for ads you actually get.

Unused plans

If you cancel within 14 days of a charge and have not used any credits from that period, we refund the charge in full. Email hello@ikoash.com from the address on the account.

Edits that could not be delivered

If an edit fails or we cannot produce a usable ad from your footage, the credits are returned to your balance automatically or on request. If that leaves you with a plan you cannot use, we refund the current period.

Partly used periods

Once credits from a period have been used, that period is non-refundable, but you can cancel so you are not charged again. Access and remaining credits stay until the period ends.

Quality concerns

Every finished ad includes one round of changes. If the result is still not usable, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will either re-edit it or return the credits.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
